Shayne Mathis has over fifteen years experience as an Escrow Officer in Texas. She has held both Branch Manager and Senior Escrow Officer positions over the years where she was responsible for the timely and efficient closings of both commercial and residential transactions. Shayne also has extensive experience with builder and foreclosure transactions.

Shayne joined the Silberman Law Firm as an escrow officer to provide a more custom and personal service to buyers and sellers using the firm for real estate closings.

Phil Silberman is an experienced real estate lawyer and the owner of the Silberman Law Firm,  PLLC. He currently manages a team of nine lawyers and the firm's support staff. Phil has years of experience drafting real estate documents and litigating real estate matters. He is also an expert in clearing difficult and complex title issues.

Phil Silberman graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a focus in finance and the University of Houston Law Center. Additionally, he is the owner of Silberman Realty and has been a real estate broker for over 15 years.
