Philip Silberman holds a B.B.A. with a focus in finance from The University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center.  He is responsible for the firm's strategic planning and higher level decision making.  

Mr. Silberman has served as in-house counsel for both commercial and residential real estate firms.  His legal practice areas include real estate law, business law, probate, and asset protection.

Chris Heald is a Baylor Law alum with extensive practice experience in probate and guardianship law. He is responsible for overseeing the firm's practice areas and lawyers. 

Additionally, Mr. Heald has a broad array of experience in real estate and business law. He has received favorable results for his clients across all the firm’s practice areas including probate, business, and real estate.  Mr. Heald currently handles both litigation and transactional matters at the firm.

Clint Flanagan

Clint Flanagan earned his J.D. from Baylor Law School with concentrations in commercial real estate, business transactions, and estate planning. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas. Clint focuses on civil litigation and transactional matters.

Before joining the firm, Clint served as in-house counsel for an electronics manufacturing company, where he negotiated contracts with major defense contractors and managed regulatory compliance. He also brings experience in property management and previously clerked with the Texas Office of the Attorney General in the Transportation Division.
