Jesse Robert Buttery was born in Dallas but grew up in South Texas in the Rio Grande Valley. He attended Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas and obtained a B.A. in English with a minor in History. He obtained his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. 

He is licensed as an attorney in Texas and Federal Court in the Northern and Southern District. He has practiced civil trial law for most of his career. He has handled cases involving real estate, slip and fall, business disputes, contractual disputes, consumer disputes, and construction litigation. Mr. Buttery enjoys spending time with family and friends outside of work and also enjoys travel, reading and relaxing.

In recognition of his academic achievements, Drake was awarded the 2016 UTSA Institute of Law and Public Affairs Ray Coleman Jr. Award.

Following graduation from law school in 2020, Drake began his legal career in civil litigation in San Antonio, then went on to practice criminal defense, and back to civil litigation with the Silberman Law Firm in 2023. Drake represents clients in San Antonio and surrounding areas.

Michael is a Dallas native and works in the firm’s Dallas and Fort Worth offices. After graduating summa cum laude from Southern Methodist University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Michael attended SMU’s Dedman School of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate in 2015. 

After working for two years in the field of criminal law, including a year-and-a-half of service as an Assistant District Attorney in McLennan County, Texas, Michael transferred into private practice in the areas of real estate, probate, and commercial law.

Garrett grew up in Plano, Texas and graduated from Baylor's University Scholars Program with a degree in History, Political Science, and Economics. He earned his JD from the University of Texas and is an active member of the Federalist Society.

Prior to joining Silberman, Garrett litigated public interest matters under the First Amendment, using both §1983 and Texas's anti-Slapp, as well as under Texas's Separation of Powers clause and the Texas Public Information Act. Garrett is licensed in the Northern and Western Districts of Texas, as well as the 5th Circuit.
