Philip Silberman holds a B.B.A. with a focus in finance from The University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center.  He is responsible for the firm's strategic planning and higher level decision making.  

Mr. Silberman has served as in-house counsel for both commercial and residential real estate firms.  His legal practice areas include real estate law, business law, probate, and asset protection.

Managing Attorney, COO

Chris Heald is a Baylor Law alum with extensive practice experience in probate and guardianship law. He is responsible for overseeing the firm's practice areas and lawyers. 

Additionally, Mr. Heald has a broad array of experience in real estate and business law. He has received favorable results for his clients across all the firm’s practice areas including probate, business, and real estate.  Mr. Heald currently handles both litigation and transactional matters at the firm.

Jesse Buttery

Jesse Robert Buttery was born in Dallas but grew up in South Texas in the Rio Grande Valley. He attended Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas and obtained a B.A. in English with a minor in History. He obtained his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. 

He is licensed as an attorney in Texas and Federal Court in the Northern and Southern District. He has practiced civil trial law for most of his career. He has handled cases involving real estate, slip and fall, business disputes, contractual disputes, consumer disputes, and construction litigation. Mr. Buttery enjoys spending time with family and friends outside of work and also enjoys travel, reading and relaxing.
