Chris Heald is a Baylor Law alum with extensive practice experience in probate and guardianship law.
Jesse Robert Buttery was born in Dallas but grew up in South Texas in the Rio Grande Valley. He attended Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas and obtained a B.A. in English with a minor in History. He obtained his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas.
Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Steve Costello has degrees from Texas A&M University, the University of Texas at Austin, and South Texas College of Law.
Kipp Marshall has lived in Austin for over 15 years and works in the firm's Austin Office. Kipp received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas and his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary's University School of Law.
Drake grew up in San Antonio, TX and completed his Doctor of Jurisprudence at the University of Houston Law Center. Prior to law school, Drake earned a bachelorโs degree in Political Science, with a minor in Legal Studies, from the University of Texas at San Antonio, graduating summa cum laude. In recognition of his academic achievements, Drake was awarded the 2016 UTSA Institute of Law and Public Affairs Ray Coleman Jr. Award.
Michael is a Dallas native and works in the firmโs Dallas and Fort Worth offices. After graduating summa cum laude from Southern Methodist University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Michael attended SMUโs Dedman School of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate in 2015.
Henry is a Houston native who received his bachelorโs degree in Philosophy from the University of Texas at Austin. He attended South Texas College of Law for Juris Doctorate. While there, he served as the academic co-chair of South Texasโs Black Law Student Association, participated in a study abroad program that allowed him to study law in Ireland for a summer and acquired his mediation certification
Austin Black grew up in the DFW area and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas School of Law. At UT, Austin was the Editor-in-Chief of the Texas International Law Journal. Prior to joining Silberman Law Firm, Austin worked as an attorney for one of the largest corporate immigration law firms in the nation.
Catherine is a Dallas native and works in the firmโs Dallas office. After graduating from the University of Arkansas in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Sociology, Catherine attended the University of Arkansas School of Law, earning her Juris Doctorate in 2016.
Garrett grew up in Plano, Texas and graduated from Baylor's University Scholars Program with a degree in History, Political Science, and Economics. He earned his JD from the University of Texas and is an active member of the Federalist Society.
