Philip Silberman holds a B.B.A. with a focus in finance from The University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center. He is responsible for the firm's strategic planning and higher level decision making.
Chris Heald is a Baylor Law alum with extensive practice experience in probate and guardianship law. He is responsible for overseeing the firm's practice areas and lawyers.
Clint Flanagan earned his J.D. from Baylor Law School with concentrations in commercial real estate, business transactions, and estate planning. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas. Clint focuses on civil litigation and transactional matters.
Patrick is licensed to practice law in Texas, before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the Eastern District of Texas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. His practice areas include litigation, real estate, probate, business law, and intellectual property, including patents and trademarks.
Jourdy Wallace is a Dallas-based attorney and Dallas native. She holds a B.S. in Public Relations from The University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from Baylor Law School. Prior to joining the firm, Jourdy gained experience in the Oil & Gas sector and extensive involvement in nonprofits.
Joshua Wilkowski earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of North Texas Dallas College of Law and holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Baylor University. Admitted to the State Bar of Texas, Joshua brings a unique blend of legal expertise and deep financial insight to the firm.
Katherine McKinley earned her Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law. She also holds a Master of Science in Molecular Pathology from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Texas Tech University. She is a USPTO-registered patent attorney and is licensed to practice by the State Bar of Texas. Additionally, she holds a certification in Molecular Biology.
Madeline is an Austin based attorney specializing in commercial and residential real estate litigation. Madeline earned her Bachelor's degree from Sewanee: The University of the South and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center.
Nick Stadler is an experienced business attorney based in Dallas who specializes in the intersection of technology, real estate, and intellectual property. He earned his Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from Texas Tech University School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif.
Jens Jacobson earned his Juris Doctor in 2023 from Texas A&M University School of Law in Fort Worth, Texas. Prior to pursuing his legal career, he earned a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, graduating in 2014. He is also a licensed attorney admitted to the Bar.
Sean Miller earned his Juris Doctorate from Texas A&M University School of Law, where he distinguished himself as a Lefkowitz National Finalist and Gibbons National Finalist. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
