Chris Heald is a Baylor Law alum with extensive practice experience in probate and guardianship law. He is responsible for overseeing the firm's practice areas and lawyers.
Carin D. Groh, CPA, JD, MBA has over 30 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance. After earning her MBA from California Polytechnic San Luis Obispo, she held positions with the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Defense Contract Audit Agency.
Clint Flanagan earned his J.D. from Baylor Law School with concentrations in commercial real estate, business transactions, and estate planning. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas. Clint focuses on civil litigation and transactional matters.
Patrick is licensed to practice law in Texas, before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the Eastern District of Texas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. His practice areas include litigation, real estate, probate, business law, and intellectual property, including patents and trademarks.
Madeline is an Austin based attorney specializing in commercial and residential real estate litigation. Madeline earned her Bachelor's degree from Sewanee: The University of the South and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center.
Jourdy Wallace is a Dallas-based attorney and Dallas native. She holds a B.S. in Public Relations from The University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from Baylor Law School. Prior to joining the firm, Jourdy gained experience in the Oil & Gas sector and extensive involvement in nonprofits.

He also holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of North Texas System College of Pharmacy and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
