Philip Silberman holds a B.B.A. with a focus in finance from The University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center.  He is responsible for the firm's strategic planning and higher level decision making.  

Mr. Silberman has served as in-house counsel for both commercial and residential real estate firms.  His legal practice areas include real estate law, business law, probate, and asset protection.

Chris Heald is a Baylor Law alum with extensive practice experience in probate and guardianship law. He is responsible for overseeing the firm's practice areas and lawyers. 

Additionally, Mr. Heald has a broad array of experience in real estate and business law. He has received favorable results for his clients across all the firm’s practice areas including probate, business, and real estate.  Mr. Heald currently handles both litigation and transactional matters at the firm.

Wyatt Holtsclaw graduated magma cum laude from St. Thomas University School of Law. He is a seasoned litigator with experience in both state and Federal courts. Mr. Holtsclaw has handled numerous complex litigation matters at all phases of litigation including pre-litigation, litigation, and appeal.
 
 
He has written many Motions for Summary Judgment and other dispositive motions that resulted in favorable outcomes for his clients. His practice now focuses on probate, real estate, and business litigation.
